জাতিগত ছিটমহল (ইংরেজি: ethnic enclave) একটি ভৌগোলিক এলাকা যেখানে কোনো সংখ্যালঘু নৃগোষ্ঠীর ঘনবসতি রয়েছে। সেখানে ঐ গোষ্ঠীর বৈশিষ্ট্যমূলক সাংস্কৃতিক পরিচয় ও অর্থনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ডের আভাস পাওয়া যায়।^[১] জাতিগত ছিটমহল বলতে সাধারণত কোনো নৃগোষ্ঠীর বসতিসহ আবাসিক এলাকা কিংবা কোনো নৃগোষ্ঠীর প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রাচুর্যসহ কর্মক্ষেত্রকে বোঝায়।^[২] জাতিগত ছিটমহলের সাফল্য ও বৃদ্ধি তার স্ব-পর্যাপ্তি ও অর্থনৈতিক শ্রীবৃদ্ধির উপর নির্ভর করে।

ভারত বা দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার বাইরে অবস্থিত ভারতীয় বা দক্ষিণ এশীয়দের ছিটমহল "লিটল ইন্ডিয়া" (Little India) নামে পরিচিত।^[৩]^[৪]^[৫] লিটল ইন্ডিয়াতে অনেকসময় হিন্দু মন্দির, মসজিদ ও গুরুদ্বারা পাওয়া যায়। সেখানে জাতীয় ও ধার্মিক অনুষ্ঠান পালন করা হয় এবং এটি দক্ষিণ এশীয়দের মিলনস্থল হিসাবে কাজ করে। লিটল ইন্ডিয়া অনেকসময় কোনো অঞ্চলের দর্শনীয় স্থান হয়ে উঠে। ভারতীয় রন্ধনশিল্পী, ভারতীয় সঙ্গীত, ভারতীয় চলচ্চিত্র ইত্যাদির ভক্তরা এখানে সমবেত হয়।^[৬]^[৭]^[৮] নিচে বিভিন্ন দেশের উল্লেখযোগ্য দক্ষিণ এশীয় ছিটমহলের উদাহরণ দেওয়া হয়েছে:
