২০২৩ ওএফসি চ্যাম্পিয়ন্স লিগ (অফিসিয়ালভাবে ওএফসি চ্যাম্পিয়ন্স লিগ ২০২৩ নামে পরিচিত) হল ওশেনিয়ান ক্লাব চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপের ২২ তম সংস্করণ, ওশেনিয়া ফুটবল কনফেডারেশন (ওএফসি) দ্বারা আয়োজিত ওশেনিয়ার প্রিমিয়ার ক্লাব ফুটবল টুর্নামেন্ট এবং ১৭ তম আসর। বর্তমান ওএফসি চ্যাম্পিয়ন্স লিগের নামও পরিচিত।

  • সাতটি উন্নত অ্যাসোসিয়েশন (ফিজি, নিউ ক্যালেডোনিয়া, নিউজিল্যান্ড, পাপুয়া নিউগিনি, সলোমন দ্বীপপুঞ্জ, তাহিতি, ভানুয়াতু) একটি জাতীয় প্লে-অফ খেলার পর গ্রুপ পর্বে একটি করে বার্থ প্রদান করে।
  • চারটি উন্নয়নশীল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন (আমেরিকান সামোয়া, কুক দ্বীপপুঞ্জ, সামোয়া, টোঙ্গা) বাছাইপর্বের প্রতিটিতে একটি করে বার্থ দেওয়া হয়, বিজয়ীরা গ্রুপ পর্বে এগিয়ে যায়।
