এডগার আলগার্নোন রবার্ট গ্যাসকোয়েন-সেসিল, চেলউডের ১ম ভিসকাউন্ট সেসিল, সিএইচ, পিসি, কিউসি (১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর ১৮৬৪ - ২৪ নভেম্বর ১৯৫৮), যিনি ১৮৬৮ থেকে ১৯২৩ সাল পর্যন্ত লর্ড রবার্ট সিসিল নামে পরিচিত ছিলেন,[১] হলেন একজন ব্রিটিশ আইনজীবী, রাজনীতিবিদ এবং কূটনীতিক। তিনি ছিলেন লিগ অফ নেশনস-এর একজন স্থপতি এবং এর একজন রক্ষক, যেখানে তার সেবার কারণে তিনি ১৯৩৭ সালে নোবেল শান্তি পুরস্কারে ভূষিত হন।
