বৌদ্ধ ধর্মীয় সম্প্রদায়

প্রাক-সাম্প্রদায়িক বৌদ্ধধর্ম[১] হলো তাত্ত্বিকভাবে বিভিন্ন আদি বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায়ের বিকাশের আগে, ২৫০ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দের কাছাকাছি (বৌদ্ধধর্মের পরবর্তী উপ-সম্প্রদায়গুলি অনুসরণ করে) অস্তিত্বের বৌদ্ধধর্ম।[২][৩]

প্রাক-সাম্প্রদায়িক বৌদ্ধধর্মের বিষয়বস্তু ও শিক্ষাগুলি অবশ্যই প্রাচীনতম বৌদ্ধ গ্রন্থগুলি থেকে অনুমান করা বা পুনর্নির্মাণ করা উচিত, যেগুলি ইতিমধ্যেই সাম্প্রদায়িক।[উদ্ধৃতি ১][উদ্ধৃতি ২][টীকা ১] পুরো বিষয়টি পণ্ডিতদের দ্বারা তীব্রভাবে বিতর্কিত রয়ে গেছে, যাদের সবাই বিশ্বাস করে না যে অর্থপূর্ণ পুনর্গঠন সম্ভব।
