স্বয়ং যোনিলেহন হলো হস্তমৈথুন করার উদ্দেশ্যে এক প্রকার যোনিলেহন, যেখানে একজন মহিলা নিজেই নিজেকে চুষে বা তার নিজের জিহ্বা ব্যবহার করে নিজের যৌনাঙ্গ লেহন করে। [১]

একাজ করতে উচ্চ মাত্রার নমনীয়তা যেমন জিমন্যাস্ট বা কনটর্শানিস্টদের মত নমনীয়তা প্রদর্শনের সক্ষমতার প্রয়োজন হবে। [২] [৩] [৪] [৫] এটি পুরুষদের স্বয়ং মুখমেহনের মত নয়, যেখানে অল্প উর্ধাঙ্গ বাাঁকানোর দরকার হয় এবং কতিপয় পুরুষের দ্বারা সাধনযোগ্য হিসেবে পরিচিত, স্বয়ং যোনিলেহন নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে নথিভুক্ত করা হয় নি। [৬] তবে এটি একটি আত্ম-ধ্বংসাত্মক কল্পনা হিসাবে প্রতিবেদন করা হয়েছে। [৭]
