লিঙ্গবাদ
লিঙ্গবাদ হল একজনের লিঙ্গ বা লিঙ্গের উপর ভিত্তি করে কুসংস্কার বা বৈষম্য । যৌনতা যে কাউকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে, তবে এটি সাধারণত নারী এবং মেয়েদের প্রভাবিত করে। [১] এটি স্টেরিওটাইপ এবং লিঙ্গ দৃঢ়বদ্ধতার সাথে যুক্ত। [২] [৩] এটি এ বিশ্বাসকে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে পারে যে একটি লিঙ্গ অন্য লিঙ্গ থেকে অভ্যন্তরীণভাবে উচ্চতর। চরম যৌনতা দুষ্কৃতি, যৌন হয়রানি, ধর্ষণ এবং অন্যান্য ধরনের যৌন সহিংসতাকে উষ্কে দিতে পারে। [৪] [৫] লিঙ্গবাদ বলতে লিঙ্গ বৈষম্যকেও বোঝানো যেতে পারে। এই শব্দটি দ্বারা মানুষের লিঙ্গ পরিচয় [৬] বা লিঙ্গ পার্থক্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে মানুষের প্রতি বৈষম্য করাকে বোঝানো হয়। [৭] লিঙ্গ বৈষম্য বিশেষ করে কর্মক্ষেত্রে অসমতার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে সংজ্ঞায়িত করা হয়। [৭] এটি সাধারণত সামাজিক বা সাংস্কৃতিক রীতিনীতি এবং নিয়ম থেকে উদ্ভূত হয়ে থাকে। [৮]
