ব্যাপক প্রতিস্থাপন ষড়যন্ত্র তত্ত্ব
ব্যাপক প্রতিস্থাপন (ইংরেজি: The great replacement, ফরাসি: le grand remplacement) হচ্ছে একটি দক্ষিণপন্থী ষড়যন্ত্র তত্ত্ব,[১][২][৩][৪][৫] যা অনুসারে শ্বেতাঙ্গ ক্যাথোলিক ফরাসী জনগণ, এবং শ্বেতাঙ্গ খ্রিস্টান ইউরোপীয় জনগণ[৬] প্রচুর পরিমাণে পদ্ধতিগতভাবে অ-ইউরোপীয় জনগণের দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত হচ্ছে।[৫] এই অ-ইউরোপীয় জনগণের মধ্যে বিশেষভাবে রয়েছে আরব/বার্বার মধ্যপ্রাচ্য, উত্তর আফ্রিকীয় এবং সাহারার দক্ষিণের আফ্রিকীয় বা কৃষ্ণাঙ্গ জনগণ।[৩] আর এই প্রতিস্থাপন ঘটছে গণ-অভিবাসন এবং উচ্চ জন্মহারের ফলে জনসংখ্যার বৃদ্ধির দ্বারা। এটি ফ্রান্সে মুসলিমদের উপস্থিতির সাথে সম্পর্কিত, সেই সাথে সম্পর্কিত ফরাসী সংস্কৃতি ও সভ্যতার সম্ভাব্য বিপদ ও ধ্বংসের সাথে।[৭]
এই ষড়যন্ত্র তত্ত্বের দ্বারা সাধারণভাবে বৈশ্বিক ও উদারপন্থী সম্ভ্রান্তদেরকে দায়ী করা হয়,[৬] যেমন ব্রাসেলস ও ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন। অভিযোগ করা হয় যে এরা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ইউরোপে ইউরোপীয়দেরকে প্রতিস্থাপিত করার ষড়যন্ত্র করছে।[৪]
এই তত্ত্বটি জনপ্রিয় হয়েছে রেনো ক্যামু (Renaud Camus) এর দ্বারা। প্রতিস্থাপন বা শ্বেতাঙ্গ গণহত্যার ধারণাটি পাশ্চাত্যে অনেক অতি দক্ষিণপন্থি আন্দোলনেই অলঙ্করণ হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে।[৮] এই ধারণাটির প্রধান প্রচারক কেবল দক্ষিণপন্থীরাই নন, এর প্রচারের সাথে জড়িত বিস্তৃত পরিসরের প্রতিবাদী আন্দোলন (যেমনঃ পেগিডা), মতাদর্শগত দলীয় আন্দোলন (যেমনঃ লে ইডেন্টিটেয়ার (Les Identitaires))[৯], ব্লগার (যেমন. ফিয়র্দম্যান (Fjordman) এবং লরেন সাউদার্ন (Lauren Southern)[১০]) এবং বুদ্ধিজীবীরাও (যেমনঃ এরিক জেমোউর)। উল্লেখযোগ্য দক্ষিণপন্থী ওয়েবসাইট যেমন গেটস অফ ভিয়েনা (Gates of Vienna), পলিটিকালি ইনকারেক্ট (Politically Incorrect) এবং Fdesouche ব্লগারদেরকে এই ষড়যন্ত্র তত্ত্বটিকে ছড়িয়ে দিতে এবং জনপ্রিয় করেছে।[১১]
উৎপত্তি সম্পাদনা
ব্যাপক প্রতিস্থাপন তত্ত্বের উৎপত্তি কোথায় তা খুঁজতে গেলে জ্যঁ র্যাসপেইল এর লেখা ১৯৭৩ সালের উপন্যাস দ্য ক্যাম্প অফ দ্য সেইন্টস (Le Camp des Saints) থেকে। রাসপেইল সেই উপন্যাসে দেখান ইউরোপে তৃতীয় বিশ্ব থেকে আসা অভিবাসীদের জোয়ারে পাশ্চাত্য সংস্কৃতি ধ্বংস হয়ে গেছে। এই উপন্যাসটি, এবং সুইস-ইজরায়েলি লেখক বাত ইয়ে'অর এর দ্বারা ২০০৫ সালে বিকশিত তত্ত্ব ইউরাবিয়া একত্রে মিলে রেনো ক্যামু এর ২০১২ সালের গ্রন্থ দ্য গ্রেট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এর ভিত্তি তৈরি করে। [১২]

সাউদার্ন পোভার্টি ল সেন্টার (SPLC) ক্যামুকে "ব্যাপক প্রতিস্থাপন নীতির জনক" হিসেবে আখ্যায়িত করেছে।[১৩] ক্যামু বলেন, "ব্যাপক প্রতিস্থাপন এর ব্যাপারটা খুবই সরল। একটি স্থানে একরকমের লোক আছে, আর একটি প্রজন্মের পর দেখবেন সেখানে অন্য ধরনের লোক।"[১৪] ক্যামু বলেন, ইউরোপে গণ অভিবাসন, বিশেষ করে মুসলিমদের গণ অভিবাসনের কারণে ইউরোপীয় সংস্কৃতি, সভ্যতা এবং পরিচয় বিপদাপন্ন, আর এভাবে প্রকৃতপক্ষেই তারা অভিবাসীদের দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত হচ্ছে।[১৫]
