The newsletter will be only available in English as of now and will be mostly hosted on Wikimedia.in

The account already has a bot task approval on English Wikipedia and has over 131K edits globally. The bot needs approval and bot flags in the respective language Wikipedias for this task. The talk page delivery is only for the users who opt in for. The opt in list pages will be created soon.

English Wikipedia Signpost is related to English Wikipedia, where this task is entirely unrelated to Bengali Wikipedia. Firstly, it'll deliver Wikimedia India newsletter notices (which is not part of this wiki) and secondly, the language will be most probably in English, which is not applicable for this wiki either. I don't think we should flag a bot to do this job. However, manual edits can be done to notify interested users on their talk pages, if that keeps a low edit rate (few edits per week, like Emijrp's user edit count updater bot, but that's related to this wiki, and Emijrp performs edits on his own userspace), it can be done without flag, but on the interested users' talk pages only, not on other namespaces. This is not an English Wikipedia Signpost, It is Wikimedia India newsletter. The delivery is only for this for those users who sign up for delivery in their lang wiki. I just compared it with English Wikipedia Signpost. Initially the notice will be English but as we get more volunteers, the notices will be the respective language of the local Wikipedia. As it seems that it will edit only few in a month (like global message delivery bot of meta), so I think it can be allowed for a certain amount of edits in a month without flagging this bot. 10 edits per month seems fine? The bot flag request is  not done, but the bot is now have permission to edit:

• Wikimedia India newsletter notices subscribers' talk pages (the subscribers' list should be on this wiki), and
• in a edit rate no more than 3 edits per minute.
