সৌদি আরবের সুপ্রিম কাউন্সিল অফ ম্যাজিস্ট্রেসি (আরবি: المجلس الأعلى للقضاء) সৌদি আরব রাজ্যের আইনি ব্যবস্থায় রাজা কর্তৃক নিযুক্ত একটি সাত-এগারো সদস্যের পরিষদ। এটি সৌদি আরবের নিম্ন আদালতের তত্ত্বাবধান করে – বিচারকদের কর্মক্ষমতা এবং নতুন বিচারিক নিয়োগের তত্ত্বাবধান করে^[১] – তবে "আইনি মতামত প্রদান করে, রাজাকে উপদেশ দেয় এবং মৃত্যু, পাথর ছুঁড়ে মারা বা অঙ্গচ্ছেদ সংক্রান্ত শাস্তির পর্যালোচনা" করে। (ওয়াশিংটন ল ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে ২০০৬ এর একটি বর্ণনা অনুসারে)।^[২] বিচার মন্ত্রী পরিষদের প্রধান হিসেবে কাজ করেন।^[৩]^[২]

জানুয়ারী ২০১৩ সালের একটি ডিক্রি অনুযায়ী, কাউন্সিলের প্রধান হবেন বিচারমন্ত্রী এবং এর সদস্যদের মধ্যে থাকবেন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের প্রধান বিচারপতি, আপিল আদালতের চার প্রধান, উপ-বিচারমন্ত্রী, তদন্ত ব্যুরোর চেয়ারম্যান এবং পাবলিক প্রসিকিউশন।^[৩] কাউন্সিল সদস্যদের অফিসের মেয়াদ চার বছর, ১৫ জানুয়ারী ২০১৩ থেকে শুরু হয়।^[৩]
