শ্রেষ্ঠ নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পী বিভাগে জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার, যা দাপ্তরিকভাবে শ্রেষ্ঠ নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পী বিভাগে রজত কমল পুরস্কার নামে পরিচিত, হল ভারতের জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কারের অংশ হিসেবে প্রদত্ত একটি বাৎসরিক পুরস্কার। এটি ১৯৬৮ সাল থেকে ভারতীয় চলচ্চিত্র শিল্পে চলচ্চিত্রের গানের কণ্ঠ প্রদানকারী সেরা নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পীদের প্রদান করা হচ্ছে। শুরুতে একই পুরস্কারের অধীনে পুরুষ ও নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পীদের এই পুরস্কার দেওয়া হলেও ১৯৬৯ সাল থেকে এটি পুরুষ ও নারী দুটি ভিন্ন বিভাগে প্রদান করা হয় এবং এই পুরস্কারটির নাম ছিল শ্রেষ্ঠ নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পী বিভাগে জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কার। ১৯৭৫ সালে এই পুরস্কারের নাম পরিবর্তন করে রাখা হয় শ্রেষ্ঠ নারী নেপথ্য কণ্ঠশিল্পী বিভাগে রজত কমল পুরস্কার। এই পুরস্কারের সূচনালগ্ন থেকে ২০১৮ সালের আয়োজন পর্যন্ত একাধিকবার পুরস্কার বিজয়ীসহ ভারত সরকার ২৮ জন ভিন্ন শিল্পীকে এই পুরস্কার প্রদান করেছে। ১৯৭৪ সালে এই বিভাগে পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হয়নি।
