I changed the translation code because I could not see the point of what it was doing. Please give it a thorough check and see if it works with en input and with bn input. See my edits at [[২৪ (২০১৬-এর চলচ্চিত্র)]] where I removed some leading zeroes. The validation code rejects them. If wanted, I could disable the check for leading zeroes if they are considered ok here. Let me know if any problems.
