উইকিপিডিয়ার আপলোডকৃত ফাইল শুধুমাত্র প্রশাসক, [[Special:ListUsers/filemover|ফাইল মুভার]] ও উইকিমিডিয়া [[:m:Stewards|স্টুয়ার্ডদের]] দ্বারা স্থানান্তর বা নাম পরিবর্তন করা যায়। আপনি যদি উপরে উল্লেখিত যে কোন একটি ব্যবহারকারী দলে থাকেন এবং '<tt>ফাইল স্থানান্তর</tt>' অধিকারটি থেকে থাকে, তাহলে শুধু "স্থানান্তর" ট্যাবটি ব্যবহার করুন যেমনটি আপনি অন্যান্য সাধারন পাতার ক্ষেত্রে করেন।
