English: Austell, GA, October 26, 2009 -- As the Cobb County Small Business Administration Loan Outreach Center opens today, City of Austell Mayor Joe Jerkins confers with Small Business Administration Public Information Officer Michael Peacock, FEMA Intergovernmental Affairs Specialist Tom Hardy, FEMA Public Information Officer Noel Boxer, and Small Business Administration Public Information Officer Jack Camp. The Center provides help with completing loan applications and seeks to insure that every qualified individual and business receives help to recover from the storms and flooding which brought FEMA and partners here.
